Due to the personal nature of our products, items that you wish to return or exchange must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
If a return/exchange is not possible or desirable. We do offer refunds in the form of store credit.
To initiate a refund, return or exchange process, please contact customer service at info@goodcleanscents.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund total.
